The Steamsteading Tinkerer is the ultimate mad-scientist and inventor, also known as a gizmologist

He is a bit of a hermit who lives at his workshop near the edge of the lake. He will build almost anything for anyone as long as he is well compensated. However this leaves him a little paranoid when it comes some of his past dealings with the Rancher. He is a wealth of information and he can be very useful to you while you are working on your mechanical projects. Just be careful not to give him too many details that you wish to keep private, even a hermit has friends.
